THEATRE POLICIES

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL.
All events, programs, artists, times and date are subject to change.

FOOD & BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED IN THE THEATRE.

BABES IN ARMS:
Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants.

LATECOMERS:
Will be seated at a suitable break in the performance. On-stage performances are shown on lobby monitors for the convenience of those waiting.

CAMERAS, RECORDING AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES:
Are prohibited inside the theatres. Pagers, cellular phones and electronic devices must be turned off.

Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and refrain from wearing cologne and perfume.

The Box Office is located on the ground floor of the Centre.
Open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm (Closed Saturdays in July and August). Closed Sundays. Open 90 minutes before showtime and 30 minutes after showtime.

SPECIAL DISCOUNTS:
Group Discounts - on selected shows for groups of 10 or more. Call 905-306-6000.

Children's Discounts - available on most children and family shows.

TICKET EXCHANGES:
Patrons can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show by 6 pm on the day before the original performance ordered. This fee applies to change of seat, change of price and change of performance. There is a $3.00 exchange fee per ticket for this service. This procedure is facilitated via telephone or in-person only.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
In the event of lost or stolen single tickets, the Box Office can reprint tickets for a $1.00 per ticket service fee upon proof of purchase and presentation of valid ID. All reprinted tickets are stamped with a red replacement stamp that supercedes the previously issued tickets.

SERVICE CHARGES
Ordering over the phone:
Tickets $20.00 and over: $4 per ticket, no maximum
Tickets $19.99 and under: $2 per ticket, no maximum

Ordering in person at the counter:
$1 per ticket for all tickets, no maximum
Day of show - no service fees at the window

Ordering on-line:
Tickets $20.00 and under: $3 per ticket + $4.50 per order
Tickets $20.01 to $60.00: $4.50 per ticket + $4.50 per order
Tickets $60.01 and over: $6.00 per ticket + $4.50 per order

TICKET HOLDER POLICIES
  • All individuals require a ticket to gain entry to ticketed events.
  • Theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket price to any individual.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the first suitable opportunity as deemed by theatre management.
  • Cameras, audio and video recorders are prohibited for most performances. Please ask before use.

PATRON SERVICES
FREE PARKING:
Two-level heated underground parking garage is accessible from the west side of the building off Living Arts Drive.

ACCESSIBLE PARKING:
Clearly marked wheelchair access parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2.

WHEELCHAIR SEATING:
Wheelchair seating is available on the main level of RBC Theatre and on both the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels of Hammerson Hall. Elevators to upper levels are located at the north end of the SmartCentre's Atrium and are accessible from the Centre's two underground parking levels.

HEARING ENHANCEMENT:
Devices are available free of charge. See ushering staff.

BOOSTER SEATS:
Booster seats are available for rent from the Coat Check for a nominal fee. Quantities are limited.

LOBBY REFRESHMENTS:
Hot and cold beverages and light snacks are available. Please note: food and beverages are not permitted in the theatres, with the exception of plastic bottles of water.
