The Gallery Mandate & How to Submit a Proposal

The Living Arts Centre Gallery’s mandate is to support the growth of emerging and mid-career artists and craftspeople with a connection to Mississauga, or the region. The gallery features group exhibitions of 3 or more artists in a wide range of media.

The Gallery presents six exhibitions each season, which runs from September 1 to August 31. The exhibition schedule for the season is usually finalized in early spring (i.e. spring 2019 for the season beginning September 2019). Proposals for exhibitions are accepted from November 1 to January 18 each year.
