 Application Materials

»  Application form, résumé and artist statement

»  10 slides highest quality, submitted in transparent sleeve and clearly labelled with a slide list indicating
    dimensions, date, title & materials

»  Documentation of competence (exhibition reviews, newspaper or magazine articles)

»  Indicate interest in teaching & provide support material if available

»  A list of three professional references, including addresses and phone numbers

»  A non-refundable application processing fee of $25 payable to the Living Arts Centre

Note: Please submit 4 copies of all documents and 1 set of slides. Slides will be returned if not accepted.
          All applicants will be notified of the Selection Committee¹s decision 2-4 weeks after application submission.
