Please note: Applying for workshops or performances does not confirm your booking.
For workshops:The fee for workshops is $10.00 per student per workshop plus a $15.00 handling fee per booking (the minimum fee per workshop is $200.00). Teachers and parent supervisors attend School Workshops free of charge. Your payment is due the day of your workshop. Make cheques payable to the Living Arts Centre. Cash or credit cards (VISA, Master Card and AMEX) are also accepted. Please do not send payment with your application.
Please note: Your visit is not confirmed until we have received a signed copy of your workshop confirmation form/invoice. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 school days prior to the date of the workshop or the full fee of the workshop will be charged. After one change to your booking (the date of your visit or your selection of workshops and times) there will be an additional $25.00 administrative fee for further modifications.
For performances:The fee for performances is $10-$14 per seat (including students, parents and teachers) plus a $15.00 handling fee per booking. For students in Grades JK - 3, for every 10 seats booked, one ticket is free. For students in Grades 4 - 12, for every 25 seats booked, one ticket is free. Your payment is due at the time of booking and no later than 4 weeks or 20 school days prior to the performance date. Make cheques payable to the Living Arts Centre. Cash or credit cards (VISA, Master Card and AMEX) are also accepted. Please do not send payment with your application.
Please note: Your tickets are not confirmed until we have received a signed copy of your performance confirmation form/invoice and payment. Numbers can be adjusted for performances up to 4 weeks or 20 school days prior to the performance but after that date there will be no refunds for cancelled tickets.
