The Living Arts Centre has taken a leadership role in ensuring that a broad base of performing and visual arts programs that entertain, engage, and educate are available on a year-round basis. Arts, culture, and arts education continue to enhance the lives of the residents of Mississauga. The ANNUAL GIFT PROGRAM at the Living Arts Centre provides the opportunity for individuals, independent businesspersons, and corporations to support our arts programming, as well as its community and educational outreach initiatives.

As a not-for-profit organization the Living Arts Centre relies on a variety of revenue streams to supplement ticket sales and course registrations. The support from corporate sponsors and program grants has made a positive impact on the growth of our programs in the past few years. If we are to continue to be home to the arts in Mississauga we will need to build a larger base of support from within the community.

A donation to the ANNUAL GIFT PROGRAM will make a difference in ensuring the Mississauga community has access to the best in performing and visual arts programming, and at a cost that is affordable to the broadest segment of the population.

DID YOU KNOW~ that in addition to proudly showcasing both established and emerging artists on our stages, the Living Arts Centre…

will welcome over 20,000 students and teachers to actively participate in curriculum-connected school workshops and attend matinee performances during the school year

supports seven professionally equipped studio spaces from which 24 Resident Artists work, and hundreds of community courses are conducted for children, teens and adults

hosts 7-8 community exhibitions annually in our onsite art gallery

provides fun, encouraging, creative and safe art experiences for children ages 6 to 16 through our camp programs

benefits from the active participation of 200 volunteers

and, makes it possible for over 100 community arts organizations to present their concerts and productions in a professional theatre environment

As a donor you will be gratefully recognized on our web site during the calendar year.
