Belly Dance for Women

Duration: 10 weeks

Ages: 18+

Women can experience the graceful art of belly dance while getting a fun workout!  Designed for beginner to intermediate students, this fast-paced course will introduce foundational postures, body isolations, movements and steps set to contemporary Arabic rhythms and beats. Great for improving muscle tone and fitness.

*Wear comfortable clothing such as, yoga pants, t-shirt and soft soled shoes (or socks).  
A scarf, to tie around your hips, in order to see the movements better (optional).
