Belly Dance for Women
Duration: 10 Weeks
Women can experience the graceful art of belly dance while getting a fun workout! Designed for beginner to intermediate students, this fast-paced course will introduce foundational postures, body isolations, movements and steps set to contemporary Arabic rhythms and beats. Great for improving muscle tone and fitness.
Wear comfortable clothing such as, yoga pants, t-shirt and soft soled shoes (or socks). A scarf, to tie around your hips, in order to see the movements better (optional).
