All Community Course patrons must complete and submit a Health & Safety Waiver to their instructor at the beginning of the first class. Forms can be found online, here, through the Box Office or from your instructor on the first class. For Camps, this information is collected from participants at the time of registration. For Courses using the Centre’s iPads, a waiver for their appropriate use will need to be signed by participants/parents/guardians on the first day.

Please note that these spaces will be filled only with successful applicants to the CSSP. Confirmation of CSSP acceptance and support must be presented prior to registration at the Living Arts Centre.

Note: Courses offered in the Glass and Wood Studios present increased health and safety concerns due to the environment and machinery used. Minimum skill requirements as well as pre-requisites are required for some courses.
