Heels Dance

Duration: 5 weeks

Ages: 18+

Experience a fusion of styles in heels dance! Taking inspiration from jazz, hip-hop and Latin dance, students will develop their sense of rhythm and musicality while keeping your posture and learn to dance in heels. Designed for beginner to intermediate students, this past paced workshop will introduce foundational movements, weight distribution, steps and choreography.  Great for improving muscle tone, fitness and self expression!

Note: Maximum 2in high heels should be worn.  High heels not required but recommended.
