Proof of vaccination required
Each fan aged 12 and older must present the enhanced vaccine certificate (with QR code) proof of full COVID-19 vaccination* along with government issued ID at entry to Living Arts Centre. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult. The Verify Ontario app will be able to scan the Ontario SMART® Health Card QR codes on enhanced certificates.

This is required by the Government of Ontario’s proof of vaccination regulations. Some exemptions are permitted under these regulations.

If your proof of vaccination is not in English or French, you need a certified translation in English or French. Your certified translation must include the stamp or membership number of a professional translation association. 

Effective Wednesday October 20, customers will be required to submit a contract tracing form on their mobile device prior to entering a City of Mississauga recreation or culture location. Staff will be available to assist those without a mobile device.

Ticket Holder Policies

  • All individuals require a ticket to gain entry to ticketed events.
  • Theatre management reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket price to any individual.
  • Latecomers will be seated at the first suitable opportunity as deemed by theatre management. On-stage performances are shown on lobby monitors for the convenience of those waiting.
  • Cameras, audio and video recorders are prohibited for most performances. Please ask before use.
  • Pagers, cellular phones and electronic devices must be turned off.

Ticket Re-Seller Websites
It has been brought to our attention Living Arts Centre event tickets are being found on unauthorized reseller websites. These companies have been aggressively selling tickets on their own independent websites. When searching online it is very easy to be directed to one of these websites and think you are on the official Living Arts Centre website but that may not be the case. These websites often sell tickets above ticket value and in USD currency. Tickets purchased through these websites cannot be guaranteed by the Living Arts Centre and if they are counterfeit you will unfortunately be refused admission. We ask you use caution and utilize the only official website to purchase tickets to Living Arts Centre events which is

Hot and cold beverages and light snacks are available. Please note: food is not permitted (take out beverages) in the theatres, beverages are permitted in plastic containers/glasses.

Babes in arms
Every person must have a ticket in order to be admitted to a performance. This policy applies to everyone, including children and infants.

Scent Advisory
Please be considerate of those in the audience who may have allergies and refrain from wearing cologne and perfume.

We ask patrons to access the Living Arts Centre through the West Entrance (on Living Arts Drive).
Our South and East entrances are currently under construction. We appreciate your patience as we work on these improvements.

The Living Arts Centre's underground parking is only open on event days. Underground parking is free on weekdays after 6:00 p.m. and on weekends. Paid on-street parking is available on Living Arts Drive & Prince of Wales Drive in designated spots. To learn more, click here.

Accessible Parking
Clearly marked wheelchair access parking spaces are located next to the elevators on levels P1 and P2.

Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair seating is available on the main level of RBC Theatre and on both the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels of Hammerson Hall. Elevators to upper levels are located at the north end of the SmartCentre's Atrium and are accessible from the Centre's two underground parking levels. Vehicles must display valid parking permit. Parking is free.

Hearing Enhancement
Devices are available free of charge. See ushering staff.

Booster Seats
Booster seats are available for rent from the Coat Check for a nominal fee. Quantities are limited.

Special Discounts
Group Discounts – on selected shows for groups of 10 or more. Call 905-306-6000.
Children's Discounts – available on most children and family shows.

Ticket Exchanges
Patrons can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show by 6 pm on the day before the original performance ordered. There is a $5.00 exchange fee per ticket for this service. This fee applies to change of seat, change of price and change of performance. For the LAC Presents series, patrons can return their unused tickets the day before the scheduled performance into a credit that will expire one year after issue. This credit is only valid towards the LAC Presents series. This procedure is facilitated via telephone or in-person only.

Lost/Stolen/Forgotten Tickets
In the event of lost, stolen, or forgotten single tickets, they can be reissued through your online account at no additional charge. The Box Office can reprint tickets for a $3.00 per ticket service fee upon proof of purchase and presentation of valid ID. All reprinted tickets render the original ticket invalid because a new barcode on the ticket will take precedence. Any patron with an invalid ticket will be asked to see Box Office staff for new tickets.

We offer Print At Home tickets for all performances. This is an electronic delivery method by which your tickets are emailed to you directly and immediately after your purchase. Print At Home prevents you from waiting in line to pick up tickets, prevents you from losing your tickets in the mail, and you can print/reprint your tickets at any time in case they are lost or misplaced. Mobile Tickets
We also offer Mobile tickets for all performances. This is an electronic delivery method by which your tickets are emailed to you directly to your mobile device and immediately after your purchase. Mobile Tickets prevents you from waiting in line to pick up tickets, prevents you from losing your tickets in the mail, and you show your mobile device with tickets displayed for entrance to the theatre.
