Print At Home and Mobile Tickets
We offer Print At Home and Mobile tickets for all performances. This is an electronic delivery method by which your tickets are emailed to you directly and immediately after your purchase. Electronic tickets prevent you from waiting in line to pick up tickets, from losing your tickets in the mail, and you can reissue your tickets at any time in case they are lost or misplaced. Print at Home tickets can either be printed ahead of time or displayed on a mobile device for entry. Mobile tickets must be displayed on a mobile device for entry.
Patrons can exchange tickets for another performance of the same show or within the Living Arts Centre Presents series by 6 pm on the day before the original performance ordered. There is a $1.50 exchange fee per ticket for this service. This fee applies to change of seat, change of price and change of performance. For the LAC Presents series, patrons can turn in their unused ticket(s) the day before the scheduled performance for a gift certificate for future use. This procedure is facilitated via telephone or in-person only.
In the event of lost, stolen, or forgotten single tickets, they can be reissued through your online account at no additional charge. The Box Office can reprint tickets upon proof of purchase and presentation of valid ID. All reprinted tickets render the original ticket invalid because a new barcode on the ticket will take precedence. Any patron with an invalid ticket will be asked to see Box Office staff for new tickets.
